Forced Pipelines

A particular type of water conveying pipeline is the penstock, basically a pressurized pipe that connects a reservoir with turbines or pumps, for conveying and distributing water needed for one or more uses.

From delivery manifolds through hydraulic piping to special fittings-pieces for pluvial irrigation systems, coupled with flanges, sleeves, bouts, and calibrated heads for PVC, fiberglass, or fiber cement buried pipelines-all products can be made of carbon steel with surface treatment such as hot-dip galvanizing or anti-corrosion paints, combined with bituminous tape coating, or made entirely of stainless steel.
